The original wooden fascia at Vet on the Hill was old and rotten. It looked shabby and would have soon led to leaks – not an ideal environment for those four-legged friends on the mend! As a busy veterinary practice, the staff wanted their premises to look as smart and professional as possible, and so called Collier Roofing for some much-needed help. Together, we agreed on the best course of action and set a fast turnaround time so as to cause as little disturbance as possible to the daily activities of the business.

Our highly experienced team carefully removed all the rotten material back to the rafters and started work using only the very best quality materials, as we do for all our clients. We put in a new uPVC black-ash effect fascia and soffits, and shiplap cladding to the front, with black half-round guttering and rainwater pipes. The finished effect looked very neat and striking, and was in keeping with the rest of the building. The veterinary practice looked smart and professional once again.
The entire project took us only two days, ensuring minimum disruption and very little inconvenience for the vets, their customers and, of course, the animals.
